Floor Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Floor Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and proven experience managing both day-to-day floor operations and private events. This is a hands-on role requiring energy, attention to detail, and a dedication to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dining room and private events operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Lead and motivate front-of-house staff, providing training, support, and guidance
Collaborate with the events team to plan, coordinate, and execute private events seamlessly
Ensure adherence to service standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols
Act as the main point of contact for guest concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Manage staff schedules, floor plans, and shift coverage efficiently
Work closely with the kitchen and bar to coordinate timing and service flow
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting staff and enhancing the guest experience
Requirements:
2+ years of floor management experience in a high-volume, upscale restaurant
Experience coordinating and managing private events
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
