Position Summary
We’re looking for dedicated and skilled Line Cooks to join the opening team at Mika. You'll be part of a kitchen committed to excellence, working under the guidance of Chef Michael White and his culinary leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Execute menu items with precision, speed, and consistency.
Maintain a clean and organized station at all times.
Follow all recipes, portioning, cooking, and presentation standards.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
Work collaboratively with the back-of-house team during prep and service.
Communicate effectively with Sous Chef and team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an upscale, high-volume kitchen.
Strong culinary fundamentals and knife skills.
Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe a plus).
Able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Passion for Mediterranean and Italian cuisine is a plus.
