Position Summary:

The Dishwasher plays a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas, ensuring our team has the tools they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including floors, walls, trash, and recycling

• Operate dishwashing machines and follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with basic food prep, restocking, or other kitchen duties as needed

• Empty trash and assist with kitchen closing and cleaning procedures

• Report any equipment issues to management promptly

• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or dishwashing role preferred, but not required

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced setting

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Flexible schedule, including availability on nights, weekends, and holidays

• Team player mentality with a strong work ethic
