Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, charismatic Lead Bartender to oversee bar operations and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate is passionate about mixology, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can lead a team with energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the bar team, ensuring high performance and consistency

• Craft and serve innovative cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and stock rotation

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Train new bartenders and support ongoing team development

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

• Collaborate with the management and culinary teams to update seasonal cocktail menus

• Deliver outstanding guest service and foster a welcoming bar environment

• Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role

• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques

• Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Current alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent) preferred
